African Daisies or ÒCape MarigoldsÓ are native to South Africa. They are drought tolerant, performing at their best in full sun and well drained soil. They don't like humid weather (less blooms and more foliage the more humid the weather).

 

A single daisy plant produces two different types of seed - the well known 'flake' seed (a light, disk-shaped cream seed) and a dry or 'stick' seed.
