If we sent the wrong or damaged item, let us know and we'll provide a pre-paid return label.

If you want to return an item, for any other reason (ordered wrong thing, no longer wanted, was what you ordered, but not what you want, i.e.), and as long as it is in the original, unopened, unused condition, simply enclose the original packing slip and ship it to:

We do not refund inbound or outbound shipping costs, and there is a 15% restocking fee to cover our outbound and handling expenses.  There are no return privileges on opened or used items.  If the item is defective, the wrong item or any other issue exists, you MUST contact us within 7 days, please email us back with details and for further instructions.  We do not take returns on items that have been used, opened or are otherwise in any condition other than brand new and resellable.  Please use a trackable method to return your item, because if it does not make it's way back to our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund for it.
